  15. Have you done a full rebuild?  Symbol table resources have an annoying tendency
  16. not to get updated.  If you are using the -k directive, trash the symbol file
  17. and rebuild.  I find this will usually fix inexplicable Unsatisfied forward
  18. reference errors.
